Refund Policy
Effective Date: March 1, 2024
Rehearsi subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through the Billing settings in their organization dashboard. When a subscription is canceled, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the next cycle.
No Partial Refunds
No partial refunds or credits are provided for unused time within a billing period. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., technical service failures).
