Welcome to Rehearsi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rehearsi platform and services provided through rehearsi.com.
1. Description of Service
Rehearsi is a cloud-based rehearsal planning and collaboration platform designed for musicians, bands, churches, and music teams. The platform allows users to organize rehearsals, manage setlists, and collaborate with team members.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of Rehearsi require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
4. Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. When canceled, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service for any illegal activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rehearsi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
